The Buck Moon

The Buck Moon

The Moon. We all know and cherish her.
The New Moon not only represents a fresh start but also a time of retreat – a time when you can regain your strength to start over.
This month, The new moon in Cancer is on July 5, 2024 and encourages a period of inner work and psychological well-being.
This is a time to focus on mental health rather than external achievements.
This New Moon offers a chance to revamp wellness practices. In fact, finding routines that benefit the mind, body, and spirit is crucial.
NEW MOON SELF-REFLECTION & INTENTION:
STEP 1 : REFLECT
Who I am today ?
Spend time reflecting on where you are currently.
Think about who you are right now at this moment.
STEP 2: CLARITY
What do I want out of life?
Get clear and specific about what you want to change in your life.
Be honest about what you want for yourself. No matter how it is or how crazy it may sound to other people.
What beliefs, habits or situations in my life will I need to leave behind so that I can move forward?
Be 100% honest with yourself - release things that don’t serve you.
Think about a couple of areas in your life that’d you like to enhance.
STEP 3: CRAFT
What intentions am I going to set for myself?
List your intentions using positive language and present-tense words.
Set intentions for what you truly want. No outside influence.
What’s my mental, physical and emotional cleansing routine?
Think about how you refresh and wash your worries away to prepare for new things in your life.
STEP 4: ALIGN
What is my action plan for following through with my intentions?
Align yourself with your intentions by taking action. Make sure it aligns your values.
CONCLUSION:
Similar to manifesting, intentions need to be flexible, as life flows.
But they do need to exist, for you to create the life you want to live.
"When we align our thoughts, emotions, and actions with the highest part of ourselves, we are filled with enthusiasm, purpose, and meaning... When the personality comes fully to serve the energy of its soul, that is authentic empowerment."
